Web Site Changes Explained:

As many have noticed we have gone to a very different look for the NCFMA/SCFMA website. With these changes come many new features that you can take advantage of to better receive your updated information.

First there are now two mailing lists:

The first mailing list is for general site information – updates to the site – alerts for new articles that are posted etc. That you will need to sign up for using the form on the front page of the website. It is located on the right column at the top and states:

This list is available to all and has no limitations as far as being a member of the associations. So please sign up and tell your fellow mechanics too also sign up to see the benefits of membership.

You will need to reply to a confirmation email you will receive also to complete this sign up process.

MEMBER ACCESS:

There is also a member only email list that if you are receiving this you are already signed up for and no action needs to be taken – this list signup can be found in the members section of the website if you or your paid coworkers need to sign up for access. All member lists are moderated and can take up to a day or two to get manual approval.

MEMBER SITE ACCESS:

Access to the members / Paid Membership section of the website can be obtained by going to:

And requesting access – You can also have you password emailed to you from that link if you have forgot it.

Techs that want Brake Certification hours will need to go to the Arvin Meritor web site and do the on-line pre-training prior to the class. They will also need to RSVP to Hi-Tech and send an e-mail to ArvinMeritor as per the flier. – PLEASE SEE THE FLYER FOR MORE INFORMATION.
